Email support@byctrlone.com. Include your .myshopify.com domain, the affected order number (if any), what you expected, what happened and screenshots with buyer personal data hidden.

Before you contact us

1. Confirm Ctrl COD is enabled and its theme app block is active.
2. Confirm the manual COD payment method and matching COD shipping rate are active.
3. Test in an incognito window with a valid delivery address and the intended COD shipping method.
4. For OTP issues, verify the provider configuration, approved WhatsApp template or SMS account, and destination country code.

Security and privacy

Never email passwords, OTP codes, Shopify access tokens, WhatsApp tokens, API secrets or complete payment information. We may ask you to reproduce an issue safely or provide redacted diagnostic details.

Removing the app

You can disable Ctrl COD from its settings and uninstall it from Shopify Admin. Uninstalling stops future automation; Shopify’s required privacy webhooks then initiate deletion of associated app data.
